They’re poisoning the people, and I’m the one who catches a charge?
Welcome to the kangaroo justice system. I just went down and surrendered myself to the Southfield police over a bogus trespassing complaint at the old Northland Mall site.
Here is what the politicians and developers are trying to sweep under the rug:
Former Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s handpicked demolition contractors are under an FBI investigation.
These contractors were caught tossing highly contaminated soil into residential neighborhoods and charging big money for it.
Investigators say at least some of that toxic dirt was sourced from the old Northland Mall site in Southfield.
The dirt was supposed to be sent to a landfill, but instead, it was used to fill people’s pockets.
Not the feds, the EPA, or the attorney general are investigating the Southfield side of this mess.
I filed a complaint alleging crimes against humanity that went nowhere, yet the police assigned two detectives to investigate my trespassing case.
The developer, Contour Companies, claims it’s a mystery how I entered, but I simply walked right through their open gates.
Flint got poisoned and nobody did a single day in jail. The hogs responsible for that disaster are probably laughing it up over a porterhouse and a glass of pinot right now. Well, we aren’t going to let Southfield become the next mass poisoning victim. I brought my “lawyer” Joe DeMarco down to the station, and we are taking this all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to. I promise you, I’m going to get to the bottom of things.
