I don’t know where the rest of the media was during the hearing, but it sounds to me that the Director of Michigan’s Health and Human Services Department admits it’s unable to track and verify Covid deaths in long term care facilities. It’s simply take some facilities word for it, while not bothering to track others.
They don’t even do that in New York.
