The Christmas presents are under the tree, but one of them is for the Michigan Attorney General—and it’s a lawsuit. I am officially suing Dana Nessel and Gretchen Whitmer (again) over the state’s handling of nursing homes during COVID-19.
Here is the truth:
The Check Was Cashed: I paid $3,147.90 for documents regarding the COVID-19 nursing home deaths. Nessel’s office cashed that check over 170 days ago, yet I still have zero documents.
Breaking the Law: The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires production within 21 days. Their stalling isn’t just frustrating—it’s not legal.
The Cover-Up: We want to know what Whitmer told the Justice Department during their 2020 civil rights investigation. Why were the sick commingled with the healthy for the duration of the pandemic?
Our parents died alone because of these policies. I’ve beaten these boneheads in court before, and I’ll do it again—all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to.
