Yes, the investigation was going up involuntary manslaughter. Yes, there was an organized crime racketeering case. Todd Flood and his team handed Nessel the “golden handcuffs” when she took over as AG, but she fumbled it. Now not one person will do a day in jail, and not one dime will be paid. The people of Flint have been robbed of any justice. Don’t worry though, if you have $40 million and two years you might be able to try again.
