Detroit just went through bankruptcy but Mayor Mike Duggan is padding the city pay roll with his old time pals at exorbitant salaries. And some of his highest paid people are running the city’s demolition program. Now the Mayor says they deserve the money because they’re among the best in the business. But after you watch this you have to wonder if Duggan’s people could even manage a candy store.
