Lansing Police say they had no contact with the homicidal maniac who shot up MSU, except the one time, a week before his rampage, police stopped by his home on an “unrelated wellness check.” Neighbors claim the police had been called numerous times about the gunman taking target practice from his back porch. The chief needs to answer some more questions.
